Safety & health

The safety and wellbeing of every child comes first for us. Here's how we make sure of that.

Our measures

Extended background check

All staff members present an extended criminal record certificate before they work with the children.

Child protection policy

We work with a protection policy to prevent violence and abuse and to handle any suspected cases.

Dedicated contact person

There is a named contact person for child protection whom children and parents can approach at any time.

Small, consistent groups

Manageable group sizes make sure every child is looked after attentively and nobody feels lost.

Clear camp rules

Shared rules and respectful behaviour give the children orientation and a feeling of safety.

Emergency & allergy info

Before camp starts we collect allergies, special needs and emergency contacts so we can act quickly if needed.

Who looks after the children?

The children are accompanied by our trained and responsible supervision team. Our staff make sure that:

  • every child feels comfortable and safe
  • rules and respectful behaviour are upheld
  • all children are actively included
  • fun and safety are the top priority

Homesickness or feeling unwell?

Our team takes every child's needs seriously. We talk with the children, listen to them and help them settle into the group quickly. A friendly atmosphere built on trust matters a lot to us.
