Terms & cancellation

1. Scope & organiser

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts for children's participation in the Mouroum summer camp (the “organiser”).

1.3 The contracting party is the adult legal guardian who registers the child (the “registrant”). By registering, these terms are accepted. Deviating terms of the registrant apply only if the organiser expressly agrees to them in writing.

2. Registration & conclusion of contract

2.1 Registration is made via the online form on this website. The information provided must be complete and accurate.

2.2 The registration constitutes a binding offer to conclude a supervision contract. The contract only comes into effect with the organiser's confirmation in text form (e.g. by email).

2.3 Participation is open to children aged 7 to 12. The number of participants per week is limited; places are allocated in order of receipt. If no place is available, the registrant is informed and no contract is concluded.

2.4 The registrant is obliged to disclose relevant health information about the child (e.g. allergies, intolerances, medication, special needs) and an emergency contact before the camp starts.

3. Services, price & payment

3.1 The fee is €200 per child per week. It includes supervision during camp hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00am–5:00pm), the program of activities and workshops, sports and creative sessions, use of all materials as well as drinks and snacks. Lunch is not included.

3.2 The fee is payable within 14 days of receiving the confirmation, and at the latest before the camp begins, to the account stated in the confirmation. For short-notice registrations (less than 14 days before the camp) the fee is due immediately.

3.3 If payment is not made on time, the organiser is entitled — after a reminder — to allocate the place elsewhere and withdraw from the contract.

4. Right of withdrawal & cancellation

Withdrawal policy. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded (receipt of the registration confirmation). To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([organiser name], [address], sonia.mouroum@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw. Sending the notification in good time is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Consequences of withdrawal. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments already made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of receiving your notice of withdrawal.

Early expiry. The right of withdrawal expires if the camp week has already been fully carried out within the withdrawal period at your express request.

4.1 Regardless of the statutory right of withdrawal, the registration can be cancelled at any time in text form. The date the cancellation reaches the organiser is decisive. The following cancellation fees apply:

Cancellation terms

· Cancellation up to 30 days before the camp starts: full refund less a €20 processing fee
· Cancellation 29–14 days before the camp starts: 50% of the fee
· Cancellation 13–3 days before the camp starts: 80% of the fee
· Cancellation from 2 days before or no-show: 100% of the fee

If the child is ill with a medical certificate, we refund the fee less the processing charge. If the organiser has to cancel the camp (e.g. because the minimum number of participants is not reached), the full fee is refunded; no further claims exist.

5. Supervision, liability & data protection

5.1 The organiser supervises the children with qualified staff and within the framework of a child protection policy. The registrant confirms that the child is generally able to take part in a group and that there are no undisclosed health restrictions preventing participation.

5.2 The organiser is liable without limitation for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health as well as for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence the organiser is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations and limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. No liability is accepted for valuables brought along.

5.3 Personal data collected during registration is processed exclusively to carry out the supervision contract and is not passed on to unauthorised third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Details are set out in the [privacy policy].

5.4 Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. German law applies.
